I do my best to always respond to emails at as quickly as possible. Please understand that I am the only person managing this site, building curriculum and answering emails...All while working my other two jobs and being a mom and wife.
There are times I will not be able to reply immediately. At this time I am not taking special orders. I will begin taking requests again once I am caught up with my long list of to-dos.

Shipping & Handling
All edlah.com products are digital. There is no shipping, handling or processing fee. Just download and print! It's just one more way that we can save you money with edlah curriculum and resources.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and that they are all digital, we cannot provide returns or refunds. This falls in line with the TeachersPayTeachers Return and Refund Policy as well. Once a digital product has been downloaded it is considered used and nonrefundable.
If you ever find an error with a product please feel free to contact me directly for support. I would be happy to fix the error for you and upload a free update for everyone who has purchased it in the past. Please let me know if you find an error before leaving a bad review. I will always do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.
If you are having a problem with the download from the TeachersPayTeachers website, please contact TpT customer service. TpT is a separate company that hosts edlah products. I can not provide technical support for their website. Thanks for understanding.
